7 miles south of Tahoe City. 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Queen in each bedroom.

Security Deposit of $2,800 + $25 credit report fee is due to reserve home. Full five months of rent of $14,000 due by 11/15/2026. Lessee is responsible for snow removal, electric, gas, internet. Owner pays for trash, water and sewer.

Tenant to contract with snow removal vendor.  4-wheel drive is recommended.

Parking for three cars. Storage building is not included in the lease.

No pets or smoking, please. There is not a fireplace in the home. Storage building is not included in the lease.
