Tahoe Park Realty has been owned and operated by Richard J. Wilson since 1974. He has been a North Lake Tahoe resident for over forty years and has been in the Real Estate industry just as long. With a degree in Economics followed by an MBA, his love of this area has enabled him to help Sellers find their perfect Buyers and to help Buyers find their perfect Lake Tahoe home.

Barbara (Malm) Wilson
CPA, CFO of Tahoe Park Realty
Barb was a North Tahoe Real Estate Broker in the 70's and 80's. She then focused on a career as a CPA. She recently retired from her CPA employment and now assists Rich at the office and is his transaction coordinator.
Richard Okano
Broker Associate
Richard Okano has been a full time area resident since 1982, and a realtor/broker since 1988. Past president of the Tahoe Sierra MLS (Multiple Listing Service). He has been actively involved in the sale of residential real estate in both the Lake Tahoe and the Truckee/Northstar areas which include the sale of bare land, condominiums and single-family homes.
