Ski Leases

Ski leases are rented by a family or a group of people, usually from November/December until April/May of the following year. Intended use of these homes and cabin rentals is for weekend skiers who would like to have a place to stay and leave equipment and clothes, without the hassle of renting a weekend home, hotel or motel. Deposits required are equal to one month’s rent and full payment for the season is due prior to occupancy. These rentals are not intended for full-time Tahoe residents. All Ski Leases require that the five-month rent and snow removal to be paid in advance.
